• worst place to eat ever! IF you wish to lose both pounds in weight and pocket eat here! Sickness after the meal was not a side order i expected. Would not give a star but I have too...

• I wouldn't bother ordering food from this place. They cannot possibly be a fast food shop. The burger I had was like cardboard, barely edible. They charged me for two dips however I only received one dip. The cheesecake they sent me was frozen and when I rung to complain they were unhelpful and disrespectful. Using any excuse not to refund my money to me. They tried to push another piece of cheesecake on me but I would prefer not to receive another frozen one that has most probably been spat on. The fact they accused me of lying and swore down the phone at me was disgusting. They couldn't even understand me because they can't even speak English properly. I am not being racist, I am foreign myself, however if they expect to serve English food properly the least they could do is speak the language correctly. Disgusting people! I have had heartburn and been feeling sick since eating my food, I most probably have food poisoning. I have never had an issue with them before but this service and the 'quality' of this food was ridiculous. They need to be shut down! "We can't give money back, it not come to us"...Right, I'm pretty sure that is complete and utter rubbish. All because I ordered off Just Eat yet yesterday I ordered food from somewhere else on the same website and had my money refunded when the food wasn't cooked. These people are dispicable. They don't deserve any stars!

• Don't bother ordering for delivery unless you plan to eat much later!! This is not the first time, they had their chance, it is the last! Food's okay for what it is, when it eventually arrives

• Order sent wrong. When I rang them they were very defensive, argumentative and very unhelpful. No apology was given and was NOT willing to replace food. We will not be using them again.
