• We have been loyal customers for quite a few years & on the whole it’s been good!!! On Saturday I rang to place an order for delivery, I was told it would be about an hour & 1/2, that was fine!! When the food turned up there was things missing, I appreciate you were very busy so I tried phoning but u were engaged so I drove to the chippy & still trying to ring I got an answer when I pulled up outside, so I explained my order had come & there were things missing so the young girl said we can send the driver back out, I said I’m outside so I will just pop in, I then had to wait in a queue to be served, by this time my poor grandchildren were waiting for their sausages while their chips were going cold!!! When I eventually got closer to the front the young girl who had taken my call came out & said to one of the other girls that I had foned & said my order was wrong then the young girl said she said she’s outside the other girl laughed at my exspense !!!! Tbh I didn’t find it funny I had placed an order for £50.25 & to be laughed at I thought was disgusting & when I asked the girl how she thought it was funny she made out she knew nothing about it( I’m not deaf or stupid) I wasn’t even offered a fresh portion of chips!!!! Like I say I appreciate you were busy but to treat customers like that is disgusting safe to say we won’t be returning!!

• Been a customer of yours for years I am disappointed by tonights chippy asked for large piece of fish only when got home hardly any fish and plenty of batter
