• Absolutely terrible, was told that I would have taxi by 9.10am but to be ready for 9am just incase ... I was catching a train to see my grandchildren in haverfordwest... I of course missed that connection as the driver turned up at 09.17am! So precious time lost with my beautiful grandsons ! No immediate apology for being late in the 1st instance, only consolation was I did not pay the fare and that was only confirmed by myself having to talk to someone in charge ! Never use this company again . If they thought they could not get there in time they should not of let me book it if they had any doubt... most other companies would of taken you to your destination as it was their fault .. never mind they do not really care at the end of the day !

• Totally unreliable. Master Cabs Llanelli let us down twice over a weekend by failing to pick us up when we had arranged return journeys after social events. Not interested or in the slightest bit apologetic when we rang to complain. Use Eddies cabs instead and avoid this firm.

• I have used Master Cabs many times and find them always reliable, helpful and friendly. Their office by the station is a secure place for my wife and daughter to wait - much appreciated these days. Their opening hours are much longer than this site suggests!
