• On a visit to the drive in aberdare to get my daughter a meal and was served by a really nice cheerful young boy who took our order nice to be served by someone who had a smile on his face and was chatty and helpful, best customer service from Macdonald's ever, did pass on the feed back on to the manager on duty at the time and was told his name was Matthew Jenkins....

• This is the worst Macdonalds, never get orders correct always have to return. I've been to other Macdonalds and no problems even those in foreign countries where English is not first language. Staff need to concentrate and stop chatting, they are there to work after all

• Had a bigmac meal today the fries were frezzing like they been there for hours and the bigmac had everything on it after I asked for plain. They are all usless who work there descusting!!!!

• spent £23 in there today asked for two quarter pounder meals with no cheese two other meals and a happy meal. not thinking to check i got home the quarter pounders had cheese in um and no happy meal not happy and its not the first time they have messed up my order. advise to everyone check before u leave

• i had a filletofish meal and was given the wrong sauce and fries waz freezing cold.. i waited 20 mins for my food and had enuff of looking at bay parking number 1 worst ever
