• I have lived in Merrow for 17 years and have always found the service to be efficient and courteous. If you hit a busy period there can be a bit of a queue but generally no problem. Very convenient having them there rather than having to go into town as they have always been able to cover the services I require (e.g. tax disc today), some of which the smaller post offices aren't able to do. p.s. I'm not associated with it in any way, an independent review :)

• I live quite close to this post office but unfortunately, for any job I need to get done I usually go to another post office that is more than twice the distance. Having gone there in the past I did not receive much help with renewing personal documents and their response to any queries I had was usually short and not helpful.
