Love the new layout of the Anlaby Store. The present T.V and magazine advertising campaign is brilliant. One or Two Miserable Staff, Spoke to Me & My Husband like we were Naughty Children & We are Nearly 50!! Wont be Rushing BackI would just like to say thank you to the staff in your store for being so patient when my 3 year old had a screaming tantrum today, particularly the young girl on the check out.This girl, forgive me for not catching her name ,showed considerably more understanding and insight than most of the three times her age and apparent experience than some of todays customers. I know its maybe pointless as this particular specimen of a humsn wont be reading this ifindeed they are literate, however to the elderly customer who chose to pass judgement on my daughter... My daughter was complaing because she does not yet fully understand the world, for someone of your age to complain because you dont understand the world and its children, I am truly sorry for you. I hope I never have the displeasure to come across you again, if I do I will make sure my daughter shows you up and tells the whole store that she hates whining adults as you did her......Rating history and distribution
