• Very poor service. Brought a Leon from them. Things that should have been done which was part of the deal. Not done. Still waiting. Customer service is not even poor its a joke.

• Habitually parks on double yellow lines down narrow street in Bletchley (Most days of the week) with a car park 10 yards away. If this is the consideration given to other road user how much does a customer get.

• I brought a car off them 3 months ago they sold it to me with one key, they assured me they would get me a spare key they still HAVEN'T. I took my car in for a service 2 weeks ago i haven't got it back yet, i had to rent a car for the first week and a half at my own cost and in the last two days they gave me a car. If you are thinking about using Motorvogue don't they are worse than useless customer service is rubbish and service department slow. I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't give them 1/2 a star. Overall Very Very poor service

• Good car and good sales but v poor after sales customer service. I was told that if I recommended them to a friend and a sale was made then I'd be given a £50 cheque. I made a recommendation as service up to then had been good. No cheque received though despite a number of reminders from me which they replied to initially promising to sort it, they then just stopped replying all together.

• Placed deposit to purchase a second hand Mito with a clear understanding that the vehicle would be fitted with new tyres, new wheel trims and a professional valet inside and out prior to purchase. Went to make final payment and none of this work had been undertaken. The Sales Manager did not even have the courtesy to see me and gave a message to the Sales Person to just give me my deposit back if I was not happy. Totally dismayed as I had the money available and did really want to purchase a Mito. Obviously this firm does not understand the words "Customer Service".
