• Food was superb, ate a hearty lasagne which was well balanced and packed with flavour, even ate all the chips which I don't normally do. Somehow found room for pudding which was also delicious. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Will eat there again.

• My party and I will never go there again; it’s really gone downhill since they changed Chef's. The food and the Chef used to be great; I don’t recommend the new chefs bland meals. The Bar manager is also very intimidating. The bear garden is full of rubbish and dog mess and used cigarettes.

• Food was very bland - tasted like water!! I ordered Chickem Korma and was served chunks of processed chicken(watery) with a fish shop type curry sauce!There was no cream, coconut or almond taste to it! I complained to the waitress and asked for cream to add taste - they gave me warmed milk!! Very dissapointed ended upo leaving the meal - no apologies, no concern, no asking if we enjoyed the meal - waste of time and money - NEVER AGAIN!and it wasn't cheap!!

• excellent meals on week nights and weekends. this chef is simply the best all the staff freindly and helpful.and children are most welcome there.
