• August2nd 2015. Ordered a Sunday roast. It was awful. Beef was tough , broccoli tasted awful and the rest was tasteless. My friend had Pork which was also tasteless. I complained and the only response was ....oh and she walked away. No apology at all. This is the first review I've made on any restaurant. I will NEVER go again

• Like the first reviewer I have never reviewed a pub or restaurant but for the Old Post I will make an exception. The place was truly awful. Both draught ales were undrinkable and tainted. Their service is appalling. I cannot comment on the food as after over 1 hour and after inquiring I was told they had "lost" the food order. My wife being diabetic I did try and purchase some crisps to be told they do not sell crisps or savouries or anything of a "food" nature from the bar. A truly awful experience. They also had a problem with their tills and would only accept cash. A truly awful experience.I give it one star as that seems to be the minimum which really should be zero. Avoid the place at all costs.

• Had Sunday lunch yesterday. Not very nice. Veg was hard and tasteless the same as the roast potatoes. Feel annoyed that we paid for 4 meals that were barely edible. Have never written review before, but don't want anyone else to be so disappointed.
