• fish and chips are always hard and cold, not enjoyable at all and far too expensive for what you get.

• In my experience the food has been excellent the service staff haven't been particularly sociable/friendly but they have never been rude just business-like. I think wisely they are focusing their energies on the food. I don't go there to socialize with the staff, I go there for delicious food.

• Agreed. Oliver's has always been excellent. There is often a queue, but there is a good reason for that.

• No idea what the last reviewer was doing but has never seen Oliver's, fab food friendly staff and never complacent.

• Expensive greasy fish and hard. Cold chips slow servers long cues. Yuk go to drakes in stead knaresboro road.have to give one star but should be zero yuk yuk!
