• Please do yourself a favour and don't use this guys!!!! Sold my property through them, I was the last person to be informed that the property had actually sold after chasing them twice. Also very disappointed to find out that they didn't even send the money across to pay off the mortgage. Wish I could give them no stars

• 1 star is to many for this company. I can't get hold of anyone when I need to speak to them, they don't call back, they don't chase anything up, they put you on hold then cut you off, they say they are going to call you back and they don't. We are now holding up the chain as they haven't done what the they said they would. I have just called one of the managing partners who could only apologise for being under staffed. If you want things to run smoothly don't use this company.

• Very disappointing. Despite assurances to the contrary they managed to mess up my completion and exchange dates jeopardising the whole transaction. Never responded to any calls and could never get hold of my case manager. I advise not to use them.

• Horrendous solicitors. Dreadful service, can never get hold of anyone. Lie to you constantly. Have held up my exchange for two weeks so far and counting. Had to give one star because I can't give zero. Worst solicitors I've ever had the misfortune to be involved with. Avoid like the plague!
