• Never done a review in my life, but having just read Emma's I felt compelled. The staff and owners are always friendly and chatty and the portions are enormous! Best fish and chips for miles with an excellent reputation in this area. I wonder if she has it mixed up with another fish and chip shop.

• We moved to Pontefract nearly 20 years ago from Morley, and still come over for the best fish & chips ever!!!

• As an Leeds resident, who visits twice a year from the South, I can honestly say the fish is THE BEST of any I have found ANYWHERE. We have the special. Different friends, who travel with us cannot wait for the taste!

• Quite simply the best Fish & Chips in the area!! the staff are always warm and welcoming, the mushy pea's and the Curry source are delicious, Absolutely the best, i love it :-)
