• Im not usually the type to complain however the customer service at Platts Of Stafford has been shocking. I had an intermittent electrical fault with my Fiat Punto and it took them 4 attempts to get their arses in gear to sort it out..... each time they kept fobbing me off with excuses saying they cant find a problem with it. Eventually they had to get the fiat "main dealer" in to sort it out and he found out what was wrong. They say they offer you a free courtesy car if your car is being fixed in the garage HOWEVER you have to wait about 2 weeks before a car is available so if its a bad fault then you are left without a vehicle. The customer service of "John" especially was terrible, he is so arrogant and it seems like he doesn't want to be there half the time. Chris however was more helpful and it was him that finally got the wheels in motion to get the vehicle sorted after all the others had fobbed me off. I understand customer service is a personal experience and that others could have a completely different view however from my experience with them i would not touch them again with a barge pole... steer clear!!
