As many of you are aware, I got married in August. It was a lovely day and everything went as it should. On our wedding night we got a phone call at 05.40 to say my dad had stopped breathing. My dad never came around. We were booked to go to pontins the following day. We contacted pontins but were unable to get a more suitable date. Pontins even requested a copy of my dads death certificate. Which were all sent with letters but the letter we got back said due to terms and conditions we weren't entitled to a refund. We had paid in full for accommodation, food, electric, bedding the entertainment passes. None of which we used. I think it's absolutely disgusting to be treat this way by such a big and so called family orientated companyRating history and distribution
