• I joined Hung Leng Kuen Kung Fu group in June 2014 as I initially looking for something to do in the evenings that was social, active and would hopefully give me an opportunity to learn a new skill. This has by far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is just thinking or considering taking up a martial art. I am completely hooked and the instructor 'Sifu Darren' is excellent. It is an 'all round' martial art covering self defense, traditional Kung Fu forms as well as Tai-Chi so there is something for everyone and each part aids the other to give you a good all-round learning and understanding. As a complete beginner I was made to feel very welcome and the class sizes are small so each student gets the focus they need to progress.
