• The rudest shop I've ever been in, found the woman very unfriendly previously but on this occasion she was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me once, not entering the shop, when i was stood at the counter, took her 20 plus seconds to even start scanning my items, didn't tell me how much it was or look at me or say thankyou, you can still speak to your customer or smile or something, how important is that phone call?? Also once i got home i saw the rolls i bought were 10 days past their best before, is that allowed?
