• Awful. Will never use - first and last time - and would never recommend. Had to phone 5 times to ask where the taxi which was supposedly "5-10mins" and "at the Shipley lights" was. We in the end waited 30 mins, with the driver only having a call-out 2 min prior. My 91 mum was consequently 15 late for a hospital appointment. Staff rude to the point of offensive.

• I used this company for the first time today and was deeply dissatisfied. The taxi that arrived, was 10 minutes late, without so much as an apology. The car was dirty and smelled so profusely I had to wind down the window fully. The only positive comment is I actually arrived in one piece.
