• Very DISTASTEFUL garage. Vehicle chassis rusted away and covered with fibreglass to hide it. Promised service, none done,promised warranty,but it never arrived. Brakes failed due to damage from rotten chassis. Not surprised no answer to phone calls!!! One star rating is an insult.

• After having passing premier every day going to work. I decided to pop in to have a look a the 4x4s they have in stock. So I decided to take my partner there on the weekend and the gentleman was so help full because we have never had a 4x4 before. And going form a Vauxhall insgina to a jeep it was a big step for us but we decided to buy. And that's all I can say they weren't pushy likens lot of the other garages we whent to. So I would give 10 out of 10 thanks premier.

• Just bought a Mercedes Benz ML420. Very helpful guys. Answered all my questions and sorted out a couple of issues the vehicle had before purchasing. Totally satisfied with the level of service I received and car drove home faultlessly.

• I needed a 4x4 because we bought a small holding in west Wales but we could not find a. 4x4 to suit our budget so we came a cross premier on the internet and we could not be leave the selection that they had to offer so when we went there they were so helpfull we bought what we wanted. But we hat to have a tow bar fitted. So they arrange every thing for me evening down to the road fund licence and the extras we wanted like side steps for my mum because she couldn't get up but they sorted it thanks premier we are so pleased.

• DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE. engine went after 3 days, returned the car and they will not give me my money back, that was 6 months ago. giving 1 star as it wont let you give none

• Be careful to ask dealer to tax vehicle,as I was not switched on enough to ask if the car was taxed,told by dealer that it would be fine to drive car home untaxed,then told truth by DVLA that I was very lucky not to be stopped and to not move the car from driveway until taxed and think myself very lucky not to have been caught.Cheers premier 4x4-would have paid for tax at point of purchase for dealer to sort out if I had been switched on enough to know car untaxed(will not make same mistake of trusting dealer again)
