• Waited an hour for our starters then another hour for our mains. Chips & garlic bread arrived half n hour after the meal. Sweets were dry. Complained only to be told the manager wasnt in. Some food ok but some were tasteless. Dissapointed as the refurbishment was lovely. Needs help.

• 16 of us enjoyed ex lunch plenty of choice 2eat for 7.00 !friendly staff and good service.Well done QV

• me and 5 friends had a meal at the queen vic saturday night and four of us were poorly three by the time they got home two had mixed grill that tasted sour we told the chef who tasted it and agreed and said he would check with the butcher two were really poorly and one had the runs two had upset tummys on sunday we rang to complain on monday and was told the manager would ring them back its now thurs and no one has bothered i my self rang today thurs at 11 45 spoke to a member of staff and asked her to get the manager to ring me as she has not rang by 7 45 i rang back to be told she was very busy and short staffed and wasnt interested so no customer service what so ever needles to say we will not be going back we have gone to the queen vic for the last 10 year lunch/tea/nights out b/days anniversarys they have lost a good customers
