We have left it a couple of days since our experience of Sunday Lunch at the Rake. My daughters and gran daughters Chicken roast were inedible , they could not even slice through them. There was no communication from the staff to so called management . The fish & chips were excellent the beef good . Aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire pudding 🤔. This was our first meal there in 9 months . The message that was relayed to us by management was that we ALWAYS complained . Is this really customer service , the manager could not even be bothered to come and ask what the problem was. Her attitude was clearly put onto the staff who proceeded to argue with us. If I had have run my establishment in this manner , not only would the place be devoid of diners !!! I would be out of a job . It saddens me , particularly with the catchment they have in Huntington to see this happening Rating history and distribution
