• Not impressed that you have no phone number listed to complain that on the 8th of May at 12.26 i came into your post office to post a letter and pay £6.40 for a special delivery service which I was told would definately reach its destination before 1pm the next day. I chose to pay for a guaranteed next day delivery because the recipient had a very important meeting at 3.30 and needed the documentation to take with her. The letter arrived on the 10th of May when the recipient was out and could not sign for it. This has caused a lot of stress and anguish not to mention a delay in re-arranging another meeting with costs invloved. When checking with Royal Mail they informed me that the letter did not reach the sorting until the 9th of May.
