• Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all cost!!! We've used Redfern Removals of Ilkeston on a couple of occasions. In the past there has been an acceptable amount of damage, a glass or the odd plate. However, nothing could prepare us for the return or our goods from the last removal/storage the damage has run into the thousands through their incompetents! The furniture that can’t be repaired (most needs a repair of some sort) is being written off of which their insurance company want to argue over. Please avoid the heart break and avoid this company at all cost. In all seriousness having a van and a few mates would have been a better option.
