• Be very careful buying from this company. I bought 6 pairs of shoes in January and returned the 4 pairs of unwanted ones on the 11th January. Tried calling numerous times and no reply. Ignored my email. Sent a follow up email start of March and received a refund for 3 out of the 4 pairs. Chased for the refund on the fourth pair and have just received a cheque today, one month after being told they'd send me it. Distance selling regulations state 28 days for a refund. Steer clear, their service is just not worth it, no matter how pretty the shoes are. Perhaps they will improve in time but check out their Facebook comments before purchasing to see whether they have or not.

• I bought some of these through groupon last month, I never received them, when I contacted the company they said they were left in a secure place via the courier, there is no secure place at my home and when I asked further where that was they ignored all my emails, I have had no proof of delivery, no calling card, no delivery no to contact the couriers, or answer to my 8 emails. They ignore me now they have my money, ive even threatened trading standards etc, they are quick enough to take your money, be careful because from what I can see on the net Im not the only one to have problems with this companies customer service.. be warned!
