• UPDATE: Contacted by Richer Sounds since last post. They have sent me a replacement tweeter and vouchers as a gesture of goodwill and a nice appology. My faith in richer sounds is fully restored.

• I purchased a pair of Celestion F30 tweeters on the 19/03/11 at a cost of £50 for my speakers which I bought new from Richer Sounds at Broomhil, Sheffield several years ago for around £200. One of them stopped working 2 weeks ago. I contacted Richer Sounds and after being past from Andy to Rick and then finally Paddy informed me 3 months warranty only despite no mention of this on my invoice. Paddy did not help at all but was rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Paddy told me "I dont have a leg to stand on" despite my receipt saying nothing of 3 months warranty. I then wrote to Julian Richer (the owner) who hasnt even bothered to reply. Richer sounds are great until you have problems. Avoid Richer Sounds and go somewhere that has good customer support.
