Very disappointing! I would not recommend this Chinese to anyone - the customer service is appalling, the food was poor and I was charged £1.25 for using a card despite spending over £30! I felt sorry for the young girl working there, she got my order wrong so when I returned the food her boss told her I had to pay extra to exchange the food! The owner refused to exchange without further payment; I was speechless and very angry. She wanted me to pay for their own mistakes! When I arrived home to eat the crispy duck, the meat was dry and tasted revolting. I feel let down, ripped off and very angry at being treated so badly. Shocking place - don't go there!!!Very good food,fast service and generous portion. Very enjoyable.Rating history and distribution
