• We were intially very excited about buying our self build kit from Roy Homes. Unfortunately it has been a painful process for us. To give a little flavour - incomplete deliveries, no delivery check lists, windows the wrong sizes for the openings, no prior notification of when deliveries would be arriving or any attempt at corrdinating deliveries. We have had damaged goods, which is to be expected, however we are still waiting on replacement doors months on. These doors are not specialist and are available from most merchants - still seems to be an issue. The biggest problem is thatRoy Homes do not actively communicate with their customers or find out whether they are satisfied. I have had to make so many calls and write emails regarding the same issues. Extremely dissappointed and I would not recommend.
