• I have telephoned this morning (twice) about two payments being taken from my account instead of one. Twice I've been put on hold for the Customer Care Team whom I were told 'were free at the moment'. I waited for five minutes and no reply. Awful, disgraceful service. As soon as I can move my account I will.
