I purchased a voucher for a wax manicure and pedicure through Groupon for this salon which is about 20 miles from my home. This salon is scruffy, inadequately equipped, impersonal and freezing cold. They dont have proper booths to work from only makeshift partitions.. nowhere to hang coats one has to drag your coat and shoes with you everywhere, then folks clamber over you to get to the kitchen and loo. It took 3 hours to do my nails which was far too long and I was glad to get out of there as I was frozen. They have a lot to learn about the comforts of their clientele and need to spend some money on this place, am giving it one star as the only positive was the friendliness of the staff.Rating history and distribution
