• Extremely disappointing experience, very unprofessional. Charges are much higher than any other competitor and unfortunately you get absolutely nothing in return. They have changed the amount of rent to be paid after the initial paper work was signed by both parties (they put the rent up by 25 pounds), failed to hand us keys on agreed day (leaving us in distress as we traveled from Oxford with all our things), left us with no hot water for over 4 weeks (no compensation) and did not bother to let the DPS know about deposit release for over a month since the move out. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

• Alan is nice. Kristy is a bit mean, Craig will fix Ya hot water for a day or two at least. They try and take as much deposit as possible, hidden fees within the small print & abort fees.
