• Overall very poor and unfair. Staff were rude, patronising and condescending. Most certainly overpriced.

• Smoothmoves were running the letting of the property I am about to move into. From their sales manager through to the office staff they have been more than helpful, have responded to my requests quickly and have helped me secure a great property. Compared to the Estate Agent I was previously dealing with they are streets ahead - great company to do business with

• I am a lawyer for a Birmingham firm. Smooth Moves dealt with the sale of a Property for me. They were efficient and professional at all times and my contact Jo Thomson went above and beyond her duties to assist me. Definitely recommended and would use again.
