• excellent food warm welcome , and dogs allowed in pub, visited here twice during our recent stay in St. Leonard's , would highly recommend .

• Went here Saturday lunchtime ,good job we got in early,managed to get table,food great,atmosphe good dogs welcome,going back next week. We had fish/chips&chilli, good pint Harvey's ,so nice to see a pub full of happy punters,

• Was looking forward to nice meal, had been many times before, always good food. Went in, ordered our food and drinks, went to pay with card and told "we only take cash, there's a sign outside". We just had enough cash to pay for drinks, cancelled food. There was no sign outside to say cash only, we won't be going there again.

• we were on holiday in winchelsea and looking to find somewhere to eat and take our dog into. we got such a warm welcome invited to a future event by the fiendly locals, the dog got a bowl of water and we had the most amazing fish and chips, we would go out of our way to visit again, well done
