• I try to avoid going to this post office if at all possible because of the unfriendly attitude of the staff, in particular the woman who appears to be in charge there. We all have jobs to do that we don't like and it would appear that she doesn't enjoy hers at all.

• The lady who seems to hold a senior position within the branch is efficient but does not consider smiling or coummunicating pleasantly with customers as being within her remit.
