• Had fish and chips here at the restaurant 2 days ago. Excellent meals, fantastic service and a hostess who was really pleasant and even stayed open after lunch closing time to accommodate us. Would recommend this venue to anyone and will definitely go back.

• I've often had my fish and chips from south sixteen and not once have I been disappointed. Braunton is luck in that there are 2 very good fish and chip shops very near to each other, and it seems the competition is good for the customer! Fish and chips are fresh, crispy and fabulous to eat by the sea on Saunton sands in the winter (no tourists!).

• 28th April 2012. Just had the worst fish and chips ever !!! Full of grease. Utter yuck. Zero Rating in my book.
