• Scammed some years ago. Purchased a car from the used car lot next door, entered and dealt with the paperwork in the showroom. Car developed fault about a week later, went back and they claimed it was a private sale NOT trade so no comeback - BUYERS BEWARE

• Rude, unhelpful customer service! I sent them an enquiry about a car I was interested in and politely asked 1) if the price was flexible, 2) If there was tax on the vehicle (as it was a high emissions car) 3) if the owner had had any clutch or flywheel changes (i had heard rumours of this) 4)has the cambelt been changed and 5) when was the last service done. To which i had a reply; 'We would be interested to know when you want to buy this car with all the negative issues you have listed'! So I called the guy thinking he was having a bad day and he told me to go away and re-read what I had written?! I told him I wasn't intending to be negative but wanted to know more about the car to compare it to the market. He was rude, abrupt, unhelpful and told me the price was the price, didn’t disclose the info I had (once again) asked him for and told me I obviously didn't want to buy the car! Shocking customer service for an overly polite customer - I'll be taking my business elsewhere and telling others online of my experience!
