• Had a eye test at Tate and had great service. Shopping for glasses was a different experience. The retail staff had very poor knowledge of the products and told me nothing.. I had no idea what size glasses I should go for.. In the end I had to google it whilst I was in the shop. Lots of staff available to help but a lack of enthusiasm and care. Very disappointed.
