• I arrived at 08.33 to pick up 2 Amazon parcels to have to wait 20 mins in the queue. Once I was seen the lady gave me someone else's parcel addressed to someone completely different. I walked out the shop without realising. She didn't ask for ID. Once I looked at the name 2 mins later I went into the shop to tell them and pick up the correct parcel. There was no acknowledgement she had made an error or an apology from the lady.

• As Surbiton post office is very busy at most times of the day I really don't know why they don't add the ATM machines for people who are just taking money out of their post office account. Surely the wuss would go down considerably and the service would then be more efficient. Also those with post office cards could draw their money out just as we do with banks and building societies at any time and 7days a week.
