As a family new to the area we have visited The Swan on many occasions, normally this has been a pleasant experience. However on our last visit, after making, what we felt was a constructive comment regarding the food, we were introduced to The Landlady. This is an establishment that runs by the motto ' It's our way or no way'. After our bad experience I have looked through the reviews on this pub and there does seem to be a common theme regarding the shocking way in which customers are treated. Needless to say I will never visit again, and can only wish best luck to those brave enough to take a chance on 'good meal- bad meal- terrible experience.Rating history and distribution
