• 7:46 am, 2nd of December 2023 . Awake 3 times through the night .. stress . As a victim of Templeton LPA . I have the pleasure of a no fault eviction impending on a property my family ( single working mum x 2 grown teenagers ) and I have lived in la year . 8th of December to be exact. . This so called EXPERT company is acting for a couple who’s separated. THEY HAVE HARASSED ME WITH LETTERS , CALLS , EMAILS . WHEN THEY'VE MADE FUNDAMENTAL ERRORS …like unable to navigate the universal credit system so not receiving THEIR rent payments., then threatening me with a SECTION 21 . I literally had to do the work for them . A section 21 would leave my family in a very serious situation . Councils hands are tied if you have rent arrears . Very very limited help if you’ve not paid rent . They don’t dish homes out . I can’t afford another private rent due to the cost as a support worker it’s completely out of my affordability . Which I will add isn’t what they’re using !!! It’s a SECTION 22 , because they don’t need a gas cert, elec only . CLEVER EH!! Guess the reason why I’m putting this here , now is because whilst they provide a service , which is sadly needed . There’s ways of conducting yourself as a business . THIS ISN'T IT . Telling a person who’s distraught that iTHEIR HOME doesn’t PROFIT the company is really quite inhumane . I will be taking this to the ombudsman.
