• We stayed here for two nights last weekend.very friendly staff great wee bar room was very clan and comfortable..room had black out blind and was warm and cosy....walking distance to town would highly recommend this bed and breakfast

• Stayed in the B&B for one night and ordered some food off of the menu. The food was not worth the money and was greasy with very small portion sizes. When we first arrived in the room we realised the locks were not working properly two of the lights out of three in our friends bedroom never worked and there was no door on the toilet and there windows wouldnt close fully so the room was cold. In our room one of the beds was broken and both beds had not been changed the sheets were smelly stained and there was hairs present from the previous geusts. There was dirty soap in the shower and the toilet door never locked. The toilet was also broken and came off the wall when you sat down and it was dirty when we arrived. The towels were damp as if they hadnt been changed so we decided to complain. The first women was very helpful but couldnt open linen cupboard to offer us fresh sheets and then left. No night staff in case of emergencies and we learnt the cleaner had recently been fired - basic hotel necessities. The next morning we waited to speak to the owner to ask for a refund and when he finally turned up he was extremely rude, insulting and intimidating. He told us not to interrupt him when speaking, insulted us and refused a refund. Not worth £50 at all wont be returning and would not recommend to anyone!!
