• We went to tiara and tails for my brothers fiancé (now wife) for her wedding dress. The lady couldn't be more helpful, she was extremely friendly. The dress the bride to be picked was amazing and the price was brilliant. She measured the bride to be and sent the dress away. The lady phoned us when it was in... It fit but need slight alterations. We took it to another lady who altered it (she was brilliant) myself and the bride to be phoned tiara and tails to get a petticoat and see when she could steam the dress. We phoned over a week before the wedding but unfortunately could not get hold of the dress lady, we phoned and phoned and phoned with no luck what so ever. I eventually got hold of her on the Friday before the wedding. She said she'd look for the petti coat if she didnt have one she would order one in... Did I hear from her again? No! I picked the dress up from the alteration lady on Tuesday, I took it to tiaras and tails to be greeted by a lady who didnt know what she was doing, she was unable to take a message unless I phoned and left the message, she couldn't get hold of the owner (useless). The wedding was in 3 days!!! I went to another bridal shop in Ashford who was amazing. All in all this shop is brilliant.... Untill you've handed your money over... Then... Uninterested!!! Not recommended! Sorry.
