• Fabulous Shop. Bought a Dualit Milk Frother (an impulse buy) but was pleased to find that the price was the same as John Lewis.Lovely gifts and friendly service. Will definitely be doing some of my Xmas shopping here

• Reply from Trendy Baby when I complained that the website is not clear about out of stock items: "We are not sure what you are expecting from us. In the "availability" it clearly stated "out of stock" just under where the price is shown. We can not be held responsible for you placing an order which is out of stock. It was also your choice to pay for this item even when it was showing out of stock. We have 28 days to refund your payment, however we refunded you with in 24hrs (which is good practice). Our web site is set up similar to many other sites and I could understand your complaint had we showed stock of an item. Even though you made a mistake in ordering a product which was shown that we could not supply, we have done everything possible to inform you of your mistake and refunded you promptly, and we do not accept that we have offered a "poor service". A "poor service" would have been No communications and keeping your payment for 28 days. Regards. Team Trendybaby."

• Terrible customer service and confusing website. The website allows you to order items which are out of stock. They send a confirmation email immediately - only to send a cancellation email two days later with no apology or explanation other than 'you ordered an item that was out of stock. No response on email when ask for explanation. Do not recommend.

• A great shop with great prices very fast delivery for free if over 25 pound cant wait to open my new puschair! and my puschair was 20 pound cheaper in this shop then any of the other well known baby shops online. Very nice helpfull staff aswell. Would defo buy from this shop again thanks trendy babyxx
