The driver wasn't there when I arrived at Heathrow. I waited a few minutes then rang the company. The bloke who answered had no idea where the driver was, and seemed completely uninterested. I waited a bit longer then left.
I understand that the driver did eventually arrive, but this was no use to me. When I spoke to them a few days later they seemed to think that the fact that the driver, when he eventually come, waited a long time for me make it all ok. They were not interested in refunding what I had paid.Rating history and distribution
