• Had my nails done today, for a wedding. I was booked in for an appointment but waited around nearly an hour! Kim started working on my nails and midway (with no explanation) walked off and attended another clients nails, which I feel is very unprofessional. I then had someone else take over...asked what was going on but has no responded. Infact they started speaking to one another in their own language (which I found very rude) and I got the feeling they were talking about me. It made me very uncomfortable. They were very rough, keep pulling at my hands and pinching at nails, which was very painful. They spent less than 30 mins on my nails and it looked horrid. Very cheap and nasty. I was so upset and close to tears. I found the service very poor. I was very disappointed and disgusted with Kim's attitude. She was very rude and shouted at me...for no reason! I was shocked and didn't know how to respond, so I just kept quiet. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

• Came down expecting to get !y nails done and it said on the internet yh it was 9-5 on Sunday and so Tuesday of I don't get my nails done I will be finding somewhere else
