• Booked a taxi for 1-45 pm t0 Southampton docks. Taxi did not arrive. Phoned to be told no record of booking despite an e-mail comfirming the booking. When another taxi was eventually sent driver said this often happens due to one particular person making mistakes, He said a taxi would probably show up next day. My advice, keep well away from this naff firm.

• Absolutely terrible customer service. Booked them for 12.30am to get my wife and family to and from a birthday party. 12.30 comes and no taxi. Just a couple of missed calls from 12 when the driver had turned up and left. Phoned biking cars and rather than take ownership of the problem or arrange another car. The manager spent ten minutes telling me it was definitely my wife's fault and she definitely said 12, and that what was is their system and there was no way on earth her s ystem could be wrong. My wife boooked by email. I have the email. It says 12.30. When I tried to move the conversation on to getting us a car, she accused me of being offensive, and suggested I phone another taxi company. So I did, radio cars. Got me a family home in 5 minutes no arguments.
