• Travelled over an hour to test drive a second hand juke, put a deposit on it, phone call from sales person (Martin) an hour later, telling us the deposit did not secure the car and they had another buyer who wanted it there and then. Obviously the other buyer was getting it on finance and we were paying cash so MARTIN was not getting his commission out of us. Will be contacting trading standards and the Financial Conduct Authority. Absolute disgrace.
