• Do not use their service department. I took my BMW to them with 4 faults. They did not fix any of them. I took it back. They still did not fix any of the faults...and charged me a grand total of £2,000 for not fixing a thing. Needless to say, it is going through court, but what a waste of time and money! They are useless and arrogant. I then took my car into an honest local mechanic who fixed all the faults in 2 days for £450. BMW Westerly Bridgewater - an expensive mistake.
