• We travel from Bristol to N Yorkshire once a year and always try to get fish and chips from Westmoreland - they are definitely THE place to get crispy batter, around a generous piece of haddock. Great chips and scraps too.

• Best fish and chips in Skipton by a mile - without any tourist taxes on the prices! If only his web site would have his seasonal opening times on then I could know whether I'm getting a treat today...(!) :-\

• this has got to be the best fish and chip shop in Skipton as we always make our way here when in the dales .we have even made a special trip from Wirral for them
