• your shop assistants are the rudest I have ever seen. They were shouting at a lady who took back and item that they had dropped and broken when taking her payment. The lady was accused of dropping it herself yet she hadn't. She asked them to take it back and refund her they offered her a credit note, but the lady was from hastings in e.sussex what use what a credit note. We did see the lady outside and she was so upset she was crying this was not a good advert for your shop and I will never shop here again and will tell friends about the attitude of you staff.
