• White Stores is possibly the worst company I have dealt with. I ordered a 4m parasol on the 8th April 2014. I received no delivery advice. When they did eventually answer my e-mails, I was promised it would arrive before the Easter weekend. It did not arrive and I emailed them again. They came back with flimsy excuses about high demand due to the fine weather. Not that I'd noticed! They also said that they were struggling to get orders out due to the Easter holiday. Strange they didn't see that one coming. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. White Stores promised it would be made on Tuesday the 22nd but did nothing. I eventually had to claim my money back through Paypal. Think very carefully before dealing with this company. The hand picked reviews on their website are all glowing, but beware.
