• Called in couple of weeks back on a Sunday. Rang initially to see if still serving food. Staff member great, nice and polite with humour. Booked a table. When arrived staff were excellent with customers including we two. The only issue we have are the crazy prices for the food. Yep we know things have gone up etc etc but Bangers & Mash for £13 for such a small portion. So £26 for both of us just for that, we didn't go for desert even to share but won't go into that. Will definitely gpo again but not for food but for a beer after walk by th eriver. Cheers. Kev

• We ordered chilli and chips and given chilli and rice when asked for the chips we were told we had to pay £2.50 extra bad bad bad

• the staff were friendly but the food was awful. The food was advertised as home made but it did not taste very nice. I will not be returning

• Disgusting pub waited 45 min for 2 jacket potatoes many other people cancelled their orders one family had leaves in there roast , Dreadful place.
